XKLUSIVE XTHETICS APPOINTMENT POLICIES Please read all policies carefully before booking. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below. LATE POLICY Please arrive on time for your appointment. * There is a 5-minute grace period. * After 5 minutes, a $10 late fee will be added to your service. * Arriving 10+ minutes late will result in your appointment being automatically canceled. A new appointment must be booked with a new deposit. * If your appointment can still be accommodated after you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. CANCELLATION POLICY * Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. * Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited. * A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. * No-call/no-shows will be charged a 30% service fee and will be banned from booking through the booking site. * Please contact me as soon as possible if an emergency occurs. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are still subject to the applicable policy. RESCHEDULING POLICY I understand that things happen, but please be mindful when scheduling your appointment. * Appointments may be rescheduled ONE (1) time as long as the request is made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. * Your original deposit will transfer ONE TIME ONLY to your new appointment. * After your one-time reschedule has been used, any additional rescheduling requires a new appointment and a new deposit. * Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be treated as a cancellation. Your original deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book. * Same-day rescheduling is not permitted. Your deposit does not follow your appointment indefinitely. You are allowed ONE reschedule with the same deposit. After that, a new booking and deposit are required. PERIOD POLICY WAXING DURING YOUR PERIOD IS SAFE, AND I AM 100% COMFORTABLE PROVIDING THE SERVICE. If you are on your cycle during your Brazilian appointment, I ask that you wear a fresh tampon or menstrual cup before your service to provide the most comfortable and sanitary experience possible. If you do not feel comfortable waxing while on your cycle and would like to cancel or reschedule, the same cancellation and rescheduling policies still apply. HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR WAX * Avoid shaving or plucking the area for 2–3 weeks before your appointment. * Gently exfoliate the area the day before your appointment to remove dead skin cells and help prevent ingrown hairs. * Avoid heavy lotions, oils, or other products on the area immediately before your appointment. * Wear loose, comfortable clothing to minimize irritation after your wax. * If you normally tolerate over-the-counter pain medication, you may consider taking a pain reliever such as ibuprofen before your appointment. Follow the medication’s label directions and make sure it is safe for you to take. CANCELLATION POLICY
XKLUSIVE XTHETICS CANCELLATION, LATE ARRIVAL & NO-CALL/NO-SHOW POLICY 48-HOUR CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. LATE ARRIVALS & GRACE PERIOD At Xklusive Xthetics, I understand that things happen, traffic can be unpredictable, and appointments may occasionally run behind. As a waxer, I may also run behind at times, so I ask that we extend the same courtesy and understanding to one another. I do not charge late fees. Please do your best to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for parking, traffic, and getting settled. Please keep in mind that the Harbison area can experience heavy traffic, especially during busy hours. Plan accordingly and allow yourself extra travel time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you are running late, you must text me before the 5-minute mark to let me know. After 5 minutes without communication, I reserve the right to move on to my next scheduled guest to avoid delaying other appointments. If I finish servicing my next guest and still have not heard from you, your appointment will be marked as a no-call/no-show. NO-CALL/NO-SHOW POLICY A no-call/no-show occurs when you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment and do not communicate with me. After 3 no-call/no-show occurrences, you will be banned from booking through my website. If you are marked as a no-call/no-show and the card on file is declined or unable to be charged for the applicable fee, you will be banned from booking through my website after the first occurrence. You may not bypass this restriction by attempting to book under another name, phone number, or account. Please ensure that your card on file is valid and able to cover any applicable fees. CANCELLATION FEE & RESCHEDULING OPTION If you communicate with me about running late but I am unable to accommodate your appointment due to a busy schedule, your appointment will be marked as a cancellation rather than a no-call/no-show. A 30% cancellation fee will apply, the same as the no-call/no-show fee. The 30% fee paid for your cancellation or no-call/no-show can be applied toward your rescheduled appointment, provided you book and reschedule within 7 calendar days of your original appointment date. (YOU MUST TEXT ME WITHIN 24 hours OF THE MISSED APPOINTMENT!) If I do not have any available appointments within those 7 calendar days, you may text me to ask about after-hours availability. After-hours appointments are outside my regular business hours and are subject to an additional $20 after-hours fee. After-hours appointments are not guaranteed and are offered based on availability. PLEASE RESPECT MY TIME & BUSINESS Communication is key! I do my best to accommodate my guests while ensuring that everyone receives their scheduled service without unnecessary delays.
